Return and exchanges
You are our highest priority, and that you are satisfied with your purchase is key for us. But don’t worry, if you were not, that’s okay: Returns and/or exchanges can be made within 15 days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation. Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding packaging.
You can exchange your purchased items for free in any of our stores. If you would want home delivery exchange for another size or model, you would have to pay a 5 € fee. This fee is required due to the home pick-up service, Customer Service will let you know to which bank account you would need to make the money transfer.
You can return your purchased item for free in our stores. If you would want home delivery return, the shipping cost would be at your expense. We would refund you for the total amount of the purchased item, minus 5 € for the shipping cost.
