you have up to 15 calendar days* to change or return your order, from the day you received it.
To make the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
*For orders placed on Black Friday, the period for exchanges and returns is extended until January 10.
You can make the change for free at any of our physical stores.
In the event that you want to make a change of size or model at home, you must make a transfer of € 5 for each model that changes to the account that our Customer Service department communicates to you.
You can make the return for free at any of our physical stores.
If you decide to make your return at home, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
The amount of the returned product or products will be reimbursed to your account, directly discounting the € 5 shipping costs for each returned model.
